PDF stands for Portable Document format. It's like taking a picture of a document so, no matter who downloads it, it will always look the same. In order to look at or to print a document in PDF, you will need a program called Adobe Acrobat Reader. This program is free and easy to download at the Adobe web site. If you are a blind or a visually impaired user, Adobe provides PDF conversion tools that may be of interest to you.
